Brought out car to the dealer with an issue . The service advisor Fernando was excellent . They needed to order parts and the car would be ready in 2 days . After hearing that my husband is handicap and we only have 1 car , they expedited the part and repair and we received the car back the next day . The technician joe showed me the issue so I could explain it to my husband . I was very pleased with the overall process .

I received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE from James and Marylou at T&T Coast Body Shop in Cranbury. This is actually the second time they have restored my vehicle to cherry condition following a collision. They coordinated with my insurance and car rental to make it a seamless, headache-free process, and James went above and beyond in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and returning it to me in the time-frame he anticipated. We were traveling southbound on the NJ turnpike and needed to charge our EV. Two successive service oases on the turnpike did not have charging stations and we decided to exit the turnpike and found an EV Connect charging station at this dealership. We did charge our EV and received a "session completed" message from EV Connect with a receipt for the transaction charge. We were not able to remove the charging cable from our vehicle.
