There is a Salesman there Chris Caputo what a nice Man. A Genuine Gentleman. We all know car salesman can be sometimes pushy annoying or just make you feel uncomfortable. Chris Caputo is definitely not that man. I did not even buy my GMC Denali pickup truck from the dealership. I bought it used from a dealership in Pennsylvania. There's a lot of electronic stuff in the truck I didn't know how to use it. I pulled into the dealership asked if anyone could help and teach me. Chris got up out of his chair came out and spent about a half hour with me showing me all the bells and whistles of the truck like I just took delivery of it from that business. The whole staff and dealership is upfront and transparent. There are no hidden fees. Muhammad is the best sales person and when I come from service, Fernando is great, also. There isn’t a bad person in the bunch and that includes, the manager, Tim! With financing, Ken and Dave are professionals. This is the second time I have come into T&T Coast for service to my vehicle. My first step is to see Matt Maneri at the service counter, tell him whatever my issues are, and then leave it in his hands to get those issues resolved. The mechanics seem excellent and I leave there confident that my vehicle is running as it should. Just wanted to give a quick update. We had our daughter and grandkids in for a week and our car had died in the garage. Went in and spoke to Fernando and Matt. They helped me get roadside assistance to jump start me so I could bring the car in, found the problem and replaced my battery. No appointment, just doing all they could to help us and get us on our way. Good to have a place and a team to count on.

I wrote a great review last year of this firm's auto body shop. This early fall, I needed their help again. I had some damage to the rear fender of my aging Toyota. It still runs great. I'm trying to make it last as long as possible. I worked again with James and Mary Jo in the body shop office. The job was going to take three days, due partly to needing paint to dry. I got an estimate the day I brought it in for them to review. I scheduled the three days for repair the next week. I was pleased yesterday to hear that the car was ready a day early. My car looked great - really clean inside and out. Their promptness at completing the repair saved me $$ for the rental car I was using, as I was able to return it a day early. The body shop personnel are friendly and very competent and explain things clearly. I find their prices reasonable. I highly recommend them if you need a good and trustworthy body shop.

Had a great experience! My experience under the previous ownership was not a good one, and I was really not looking forward to coming back. But the new owners have seriously turned this place around. Our sales associate, Dave, and the Sales Manager, Ken were wonderful. You can tell they are good people - no shady salesman vibes whatsoever. I received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE from James and Marylou at T&T Coast Body Shop in Cranbury. This is actually the second time they have restored my vehicle to cherry condition following a collision. They coordinated with my insurance and car rental to make it a seamless, headache-free process, and James went above and beyond in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and returning it to me in the time-frame he anticipated. We were traveling southbound on the NJ turnpike and needed to charge our EV. Two successive service oases on the turnpike did not have charging stations and we decided to exit the turnpike and found an EV Connect charging station at this dealership. We did charge our EV and received a "session completed" message from EV Connect with a receipt for the transaction charge. We were not able to remove the charging cable from our vehicle. Long story short, 3 employees from T&T Coast GMC ( Ken, sales manager, Mike T , in sales, and Erick , in detailing) worked for over 40 mins to help us get the charging cable removed. The issue is not whether the cord is faulty, rather that no other assistance was available to us. After the first few mins of trying to remove the charging cable, they contacted EV Connect, the company responsible for the charging station. EV Connect was not able to help. They suggested we contact GM! We contacted OnStar. Again, after being passed through various departments there, we were told that they could not help us either.Even their roadside assistance does not deal with such issues, we were told. The bottom line is that the humanitarian efforts of these folks at T&T Coast helped us move on from this situation and get on our way back home (which was around 175 miles away). If they had walked out on us saying that they can't help us, I do not know where we would be. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Such persistent assistance should be recognized and this is why I decided to write the review

Recently bought an 2022 Terrain. This is our first time here, conveniently located for us, hope to use in the future. We just had an oil change tire rotation with no problem.

On the roof front, we chose the option that would not require the windshield to be removed, which was the less costly option. I also needed the rear bumper removed and redone due to scratching from items being removed from the rear hatch. They did a fantastic job in both areas and, at an extremely reasonable price! I am beyond satisfied with the workmanship (and cost) of the re-paint work they did. Would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone.

Came for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out in under and hour with a few laughs in between. Staff is always great and friendly.

Today I went into Cranbury GMC all nervous about how rough buying a car can be. Turns out there was no need. As soon as my dad and I walked in we were met with professionalism as well as patience. Muhammad Asghar took me on 2 test drives and was extremely helpful with any questions that we had. James Farrell in the autobody shop department is the best...very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He assisted me through the repair process of my vehicle and kept the lines of communication open at all times. If you ever need autobody work done on your vehicle, James is the "go to guy".
